How do I import an unencrypted (BTC and BCH) private key into the Bitcoin.com wallet app on Android? I can't find any way to import or swipe a simple private key and would prefer to use the Bitcoin.com wallet instead of using Mycelium that has that functionality. Is lacking this feature intentional?

I'd prefer to use the Bitcoin.com wallet app for Android to import an unencrypted private key because I trust the Bitcoin.com wallet team more than I trust the Mycelium team. But it seems that I'd be forced to keep using the Mycelium app because it has a private key import function and the Bitcoin.com wallet app is missing such a function.
Why does the Bitcoin.com lack this feature? Is it intentional for some reason? If not, when will it be added? I think this feature should be added as well as a feature to show any unencrypted private key so that a user can copy it with a simple pen and paper and then put the paper in a bank's safety deposit box for example. Mycelium can do both of those things so I see no good reason why the Bitcoin.com wallet app should intentionally lack those features.
Please add the "import and export unencrypted single address private key" features to the Bitcoin.com wallet app so that I can stop using the Mycelium wallet and start using the Bitcoin.com wallet app instead.
The primary reason that I trust the Mycelium team less nowadays is that they seem to be incompetent because it's been 674 days since 2017-08-01 and they still have not managed to implement support for sending and receiving BCH. I've started to trust the Bitcoin.com wallet the most nowadays because it's become old enough with no loss of funds stories that they appear to have been enough "time tested". I trust the Mycelium wallet the second most and would strongly prefer not to use any other apps or programs for my "import an unencrypted private key" problem.
I trust the Bitcoin ABC client too of course but then there's the problem with trusting the desktop OS and all the unisolated programs that are installed by default etc.
This was asked before but didn't get any replies:

Can I import my own BIP32 wallet into Bitcoin Core?

Let's say that I've created my own BIP32 extended private and public key. Can import these (or only the extended public key in order to create a watch only wallet) into Bitcoin Core? I understand that Bitcoin Core now uses BIP32 behind the scenes to generate new addresses. Or am I forced to only using HD wallets created in Bitcoin Core, alternatively importing separate private keys?

How can I import an ElectronCash wallet seed into another wallet app, like Bitcoin.com’s?

I have the 12 word seed phrase of course, but it seems to be incompatible with the 12 words the Bitcoin.com wallet wants and recognizes.
or do I need to change a derivation setting, instead of m/44/0/0 I think it’s defaulted at?
Any expert help on this stuff would be much appreciated, and tipped ;)

How can I import an XPRV private key into Bitcoin.com’s Wallet App (iOS)???

It seems the only options to import a wallet are the 12-word seed phrase and a plain text file (not sure what that would be) but I have an XPRV private key, and I understand it’s impossible to turn that into a 12-word seed phrase, only the other way around...
Any help?
I’ll tip ;)

So I am trying to import my OB seed phrase into the bitcoin.com wallet or the electron cash wallet...and I can't.

I know the derivation path of the OB phrase but neither wallet will allow me to import it.
Badger Wallet works but it doesn't automatically use new addresses.

How do you import a Bitcoin Core (QT)-made wallet.dat file into another wallet?

So I have a wallet.dat made a while ago and wanted to check what was in it, problem is it was made in the bitcoin core QT client, which I can't even load up because it occasionally freezes and usually won't even sync up, at an absurdly slow rate.
When I replace that wallet file into the default data directory, and start bitcoin-qt.exe with the -rescan command, it just starts but no addresses show up in my wallet file and i noticed the wallet.dat file size changes when the bitcoin core client starts up, seemingly modifying something to make it slightly bigger, don't know why.
How do I check this wallet.dat? I tried importing it into the latest electrum 3.2.3 wallet and it won't accept it.

Can't import a wallet into Bitcoin.com wallet from Electron Cash Wallet, "Invalid wallet recovery phrase" error

I have a BCH wallet that I created using the Electron Cash app on an Android device. I want to access that wallet using the Bitcoin.com wallet on another device.
I have tried using the "Import Wallet" function, as well as "Create New Wallet" (specifying a key phrase instead of a random one), but no matter how I approach it, I get an error that says "Invalid wallet recovery phrase".
I have gone over the seed phrase many times, so I am confident I am entering it in exactly.
What is preventing me from accessing this wallet in the Bitcoin.com wallet?

I accidentally imported a public bitcoin address into the blockchain.com wallet. I didn't realize I was supposed to import the private key. Is there a remedy??

Greetings. Please see above. I know there is a warning on the blockchain.com site that says "Do not import a public bitcoin address. If you do, the address will be imported as watch only and you will not be able to use its funds."
I just messed up. What can I do??
Thanks

In Bitcoin ABC client, where can I import my private seed into the new abc wallet?

Hi, my node is still synchronizing with the network, but looking through the menus, I couldn't see where I could import a private key. Or can I use only wallet backup files from another desktop client?

Can I import the bitcoin portion of a multi-asset wallet into a segwit wallet?

I have a small amount of bitcoin in a multi-coin wallet that does not appear to be segwit-enabled. It's estimating a 200 or more satoshi per byte fee, which is much higher than the current estimated fees. I'm thinking a segwit wallet will fix this.
Since it's multi-coin I don't have a private key, I only have a mnemonic phrase. Most of the segwit wallets appear to only import keys, not phrases.
Is there any way around this? Or should I eat the fee and transfer the funds to a segwit-enabled wallet for future use?
For reference, I'm using enjinwallet on mobile and Exodus on desktop but would like to try other wallets. Thanks.
Also: if the problem here is lack of segwit capability, I feel that wallets should alert new users that they do not support segwit before you transfer in (for a low fee from an exchange) and realize you can't transfer out (without paying a high fee). Of course, DYOR etc etc but I did not know this at the time and reviews do not seem to reflect this.

Can I import a wallet into the Bitcoin.com wallet by reading a private key from a paper wallet? Tue Sep 12, 2017 12:15 pm . I was just wondering about this.
